Housed in a former munitions warehouse on the northern shore of Governors Island adjacent to the ferry dock, Building 110: LMCC’s Arts Center provides space to artists in LMCC's Swing Space program for the development and presentation of new projects in the visual and performing arts. With 20 visual arts studios, two rehearsal studios and an exhibition space, all with stunning views of the Lower Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor, Building 110: LMCC’s Arts Center offers a unique experience for artists and audiences.

The Center for Architecture is located mid-block, on the right side of the street. Take the 6, B, D, F, or V to Broadway/Lafayette/Bleecker Street station or the N or R to Prince Street station. Walk north on Broadway and turn left on Bleecker Street. Walk along Bleecker and turn right on LaGuardia Place. The Center for Architecture is located mid-block, on the left side of the street.
