This free festival consists of many exhibits, performances and happenings that occur neighborhood-wide within the formerly industrial waterfront neighborhood of DUMBO.

The festival is an opportunity for artists to use any medium imaginable to create temporary projects on-the-spot everywhere and anywhere, transforming the Brooklyn’s DUMBO into an open-air gallery of site-specific works. Visitors can also tour local artists’ studios or check out the indoor video_dumbo, a nonstop program of video art from New York City and around the world.
