Experience the ecology and wildlife of the coast, a coral reef, sea cliffs and more at the aquarium. Sharks, jellyfish, stingrays, sea otters and penguins are just some of the critters on view. There are shows, a 4-D experience and interactive stations as well.

New York Aquarium

The New York Aquarium, part of the Wildlife Conservation Society, spans 14 beachfront acres in Coney Island. It houses more than 8,000 creatures including freshwater and marine fishes, marine invertebrates, seals, sea otters, walruses, sea lions, sharks and penguins.
