Founded in 1974 by Artistic Director Albert Bergeret, New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players has developed a blend of contemporary vitality and traditional respect for its specialized repertory. Bergeret's vision of the Gilbert & Sullivan canon, combined with a dedicated corps of repertory singers, comic actors and musicians yields an ensemble with its own signature characteristics.
