The Company's new headquarters at 551 Grand Street will open in January 2011. As of now, there are daily classes in modern technique and Taylor style for professional and pre-professional dancers, but no classes for the general public.
World-renowned choreographer Paul Taylor has been a dominant force in modern dance for nearly six decades. His company presents dances from his ever-growing collection of more than 130 works, made from 1954 to the present. These dances—comedic and dramatic explorations of movement—showcase the athleticism of the 16-member Company and that of the six-member Taylor 2.
