NYC Arts: The Complete Guide to Art and Culture

Since 1984, the Educational Video Center (EVC) has been training high school students, youth and community organizers and educators in documentary video production and media analysis.  EVC's student-produced documentaries bear witness to the problems and possibilities of teen urban life, ranging from issues of domestic violence to race relations, and have won both national and international critical acclaim.
