The Lehman College Art Gallery exhibits contemporary art from established and emerging artists. The two galleries are located on the main floor of the Marcel Breuer-designed Fine Arts Building on the west side of the campus. As part of its mission, the gallery offers a variety of education programs for schools.
The Arts Learning Center at Lehman College Art Gallery has been a cultural and educational resource for the Bronx community since 1985. Programs are offered to school groups between Kindergarten and grade 12, college classes, teachers and community members.
Programs for Seniors
Upon request, the Lehman College Art Gallery will work with senior groups to develop appropriate programs.
Foreign-language Programs
The gallery has a fulltime bilingual teaching artist, so programs in Spanish are available as needed.
