NYC Arts: The Complete Guide to Art and Culture

Every five weeks NY Studio Gallery changes in a myriad of ways to accomodate different exhibitions. Every exhibit is treated with a fresh eye and the intent to install the work in a way that best reflects the artist's intentions and highlights the complexity of the work.

NY Studio Gallery is not a rental gallery or a co-op gallery. Interested artists and curators must enter an application into Solo Exhibition program in order for their work to be considered for a solo show.

During the eight-week summer ARTcamp, six selected artists work in NYSG's gallery space. Participating artists exhibit and create new work in the gallery/studio area. Additionally, gallery hours are in effect which allow the public to interact with artists and to see work in progress.
