Black Gotham

The Black Gotham Experience started in 2010 as a visual and physical intervention in the cityscape combining history and visual storytelling to bring New York’s Black heritage into public consciousness.

Blackburn 20/20

Blackburn 20/20 gallery is an extension of the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop (RBPMW) a co-operative printmaking workspace that provides professional-quality printmaking facilities to artists and printmakers of every skill level. We are committed to inspiring and fostering a racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse artistic community dedicated to the making of fine art prints in an environment that embraces technical and aesthetic exploration, innovation and collaboration.

BRIC

BRIC is the leading presenter of free cultural programming in Brooklyn, and one of the largest in New York City. We present and incubate work by artists and media-makers who reflect the diversity that surrounds us. BRIC programs reach hundreds of thousands of people each year.

Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance

The Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance (BAAD!) is a 70-seat performance and workshop space that presents the works of choreographers, dancers, playwrights, directors, musicians, writers and poets who are women, people of color or from the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community.

Bronx Arts Ensemble

Reflecting the ethnic diversity of the borough, the Bronx Arts Ensemble's repertory features music from many cultures and in many styles, including classical and jazz.

Bronx Festival of the Arts

The purpose of the Bronx Festival of the Arts is to create greater exposure for the many talented artists -- painters, poets, musicians, dancers, photographers, multi-media artists -- working and living in the great borough.

Bronx Opera Company

This small classical company performs at Lehman College's Lovinger Theatre and elsewhere in New York City and Long Island, in English, with full orchestra and chorus.

Bronx River Art Center

This multi-arts center has filled the West Farms community of the Bronx with art and environmental experiences. Programs encourage residents to engage in creative activism towards the revitalization of their neighborhood. It provides affordable fine arts and digital media classes for all ages.
