ChEckiT!Dance

ChEckiT!Dance is an all female modern dance company based in New York City founded by Artistic Director, Allison Brzezinski in 2010. Through the creation and production of new works that seek to empower women and explore what it means to be a woman, we seek to create a crack in the stereotypical infrastructure of female archetypes and standards most commonly portrayed on stage.

Circuit Productions, a dance company that performs and promotes tap, jazz and world dance, works with artists who are 60 years or older.

Now approaching its 14th season, this world-class performance facility is noted for its annual series, CFA Presents, a series of first-rate performances featuring music, comedy, theater, dance and children‚ theater.

Founded by Juilliard graduate Austin McCormick in 2006, the company works in the mediums of live dance/theater and film. The work is contemporary, yet Baroque inspired.

Complexions Contemporary Ballet

Complexions Contemporary Ballet uses cutting-edge choreography and original music within the roots of classical dance.

Composers Concordance

Since 1983 the Composers Concordance has presented over 400 new works at bargain ticket prices. The organization augments its concert activities with an educational outreach program and its publication, New Music Connoisseur.

In its current space at 10 East 18th Street, the company has added contemporary music programming and gallery exhibitions to its dance programming.
