Alarm Will Sound is a 20-member ensemble dedicated to the creation, performance, and recording of today's music. It is an advocate for innovative work by established and emerging composers, especially works that incorporate theatrical and multimedia elements.

American Composers Orchestra

Founded in 1977, American Composers Orchestra is the only orchestra in the world dedicated to the creation, performance, and preservation of music by American composers. Through concerts at Carnegie Hall and other venues, recordings, educational programs, New Music Readings, and commissions, ACO identifies today‚ brightest emerging composers, champions prominent established composers as well as those lesser-known, and increases awareness of the infinite variety of American orchestral music.

Americas Society

Americas Society (AS) is the premier forum dedicated to education, debate and dialogue about issues in Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada. Its literature, music and visual arts programs present artists from these regions.

With its architectural landmark building in Midtown Manhattan, the Austrian Cultural Forum New York is the cultural embassy of Austria in the United States. It hosts more than 200 free events annually and showcases Austrian contemporary art, music, literature, and academic thought in New York.

Beacon Theatre

This 2,894 seat, three-tiered theater opened in 1929 to present motion pictures and vaudeville entertainment. The ornately decorated, neo-Grecian venue is most famous, however, as a music hall, which has been its primary offering since the 1970s.
