School of Visual Arts has been a leader in the education of artists, designers, and creative professionals for more than six decades. Temple Emanu-El

The synagogue features mosaics by distinguished Art Deco artist Hildreth Meière and a museum with a collection that includes more than 650 pieces that date from the 14th century to the present day.

The House of the Redeemer

The House of the Redeemer offers a unique setting for reflection, study, fellowship, and prayer. It is a place apart, providing worship and hospitality for those seeking spiritual renewal. The House lends itself to group and individual retreats, conferences, meetings, and receptions. The library is noted for its aesthetic appeal and historical interest, as well as its fine acoustics for musical events and lectures. Often a place of music and verse, it is also a place of quiet and meditation.
