Description

Brooklyn Bridge Park is an 85-acre sustainable park that stretches along the Brooklyn waterfront from Atlantic Avenue to Jay Street. The park offers panoramic views of downtown Manhattan and New York Harbor. Areas of the park currently open are Piers 1 through 6, Main Street and a connective Greenway. Check back as more park sections are opened.

The Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy brings free cultural, educational and recreational programming to the park all year long.  The summer season features an outdoor movie series on Pier 1, SyFy Movies With A View.  The Conservancy also hosts a multitude of children and family programs at the park's two playgrounds on Pier 6 and Main Street.

Sponsored by the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, these programs range from Rove the Cove classes where children learn about the marine life that inhabit our waters, to playground activities offered in both park playgrounds throughout the summer.
