Dance artist Naomi Goldberg Haas choreographs dynamic concert dances with diverse communities. Her performing group, Dances for a Variable Population, aims to erase the border between dancer and non-dancer, returning dance to its initial wellspring: joy.

Working with both older adults and professional dancers, Naomi’s highly designed classes emphasize the value of cross-training between health/fitness and the expressive language of dance.

Performances, community collaborative programs, and an ongoing program of classes in Manhattan are available for the public.

Programs for Seniors
Dances For Seniors takes place at senior centers,  offering seniors experiences as both audience members and performers. Admission to the program is free of charge. The company also conducts Movement Speaks, a residency program, at senior centers.
