Guided by curator Sarah Suzuki, NYC-ARTS visits the exhibition “Bodys Isek Kingelez: City Dreams,” the first ever retrospective of this Congolese artist, on view at The Museum of Modern Art through January 1, 2019.
Jazz at Lincoln Center’s fourth annual “Monk Festival” will take place from October 25th to the 27th. The three-day festival will feature performances in all of Jazz at Lincoln Center’s performance spaces: “The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra Plays Monk” in Rose Theater, “Monk’s Dream” in The Appel Room, and “Mostly Monk with Mike LeDonne Trio” in Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola.
